Bottomliner

A Bottomliner is someone who is in charge of maintaining important information about a project, and coordinating people who want to work on the project.

Bottomliners should not boss people around. Bottomliners are there to tell people what they could do to help, but they should give multiple options, when that's feasible, and always make it clear that anything they suggest is optional. (Although they may also stress how important it is to the project.)

Bottomliners don't have to be bottomliners forever. There can be more than one bottomliner per project (ideally 2), and bottomliners can step down whenever they want. If the only bottomliner steps down, then unless someone else wants to step up, the project can be considered to be sleeping.

Bottomliners should keep a folder.
